Exhibitor Registration Due: September 12, 2008

Registration should be completed with all information and full payment received no later than September 12, 2008. Please allow 5 days for mailing.

What will the show do for your company?

  1. All brides will be given pre-printed door prize drawing form upon arrival. hey, in turn, will be required to visit each “Door Prize” booth scattered throughout the show to be eligible for each different drawing. This will create movement in the show!
  2. .Exhibitors will be able to sell directly to the public at the show. You are welcome to bring product for immediate sales, sign contracts, accept deposits, etc. just as you would normally conduct your business.
  3. All brides-to-be will wear official “Bride to Be” name tags so you can distinguish the brides among the thousands that will attend.
  4. The show is an excellent opportunity to network with fellow bridal businesses and form strategic partnerships with fellow vendors.
  5. The show will be held in one of the most popular convention spaces in California
  6. The show is an opportunity to feature your business in one central location on an equal basis with your competitors.
  7. Each vendor that has paid in full by the closing date will be listed in our complimentary program guide, which will be given to the brides at registration. All vendors will be listed by category
  8. Get publicity without spending enormous amount of dollars on advertising. We believe in promoting local businesses to large-scale audiences.

Pre-show Promotion

WEDDING & LIFESTYLE EXPO ASIANA 2008 will conduct a seven part pre-Expo promotion. Advertising will include Television, Newspapers, Flyer s, Radio, Bridal Magazines, Matrimonial websites, and point of purchase displays at popular Asian Retailers and several special campaigns.

Limited Merchant Participation

How many shows have you been to where there were 35 photographers, 15 caterers, 18 decorators, 20-30 travel agents and 25-30 fashion boutiques? Bride’s come away confused from the show and exhibitors do not generate or reach their sales potential due to too many similar exhibits. WEDDING & LIFESTYLE EXPO ASIANA has a very strict percentage on categories of merchants.
